A Mission of the Heart Synopsis

Huang Yu, a strong and spirited girl working as a servant at the Xiafeng Pavilion, accidentally stumbles upon a secret operation by the Jinyiwei investigating a stolen silver case—and becomes the prime suspect of their cold and stoic commander, Lu Zhan.

Though she eventually clears her name, her unusual abilities draw Lu Zhan’s attention, and she is coerced into joining the Northern Jinfu Si as a junior constable.
