Former financial news anchor Zhang Ran, unwilling to settle for an ordinary life overseas as a personal shopper, returns to China after receiving an offer from a domestic MCN company, dragging her husband Fu Yudong back with her to pursue life as a comedic internet personality. Unexpectedly, her husband—a renovation worker—catches the wave before she does and becomes the “mascot CEO” of a startup. The couple embarks on their own satirical, game-like journeys of leveling up, and in the midst of confusion and chaos, they gradually rediscover their original intentions and their love.
