Original Sin 2 Synopsis

In an old residential building, two fugitives die mysteriously. Forensic doctor Dai Yu ( Wang Haoxuan ) and detective Zheng Ming ( Chen Huan ) work together to uncover the truth behind the bloodbath and the mummy shroud, with all clues pointing to a kidnapping case from over a decade ago.

After the kidnapper's brutal death, the victim's family suddenly commits suicide, and Dai Yu discovers that the suspect is none other than his beloved Xie Tong ( Li Haofei ) . Another case arises: a real estate developer is beaten to death, and the suspect changes his story four times to escape punishment. Zheng Ming discovers that behind the lies lies the revenge of three desperate people. One suspect fakes his death and is murdered by his wife. Dai Yu deduces from a piece of cut hair that another suspect is still at large.

Zheng Ming finds similarities between the two cases in an old case and begins to investigate them together. Zheng Ming's mentor is Dai Ruilin, the police officer who handled the case back then. Dai Ruilin was murdered, and the case from that time remains unsolved. Dai Yu and Zheng Ming used the tailless sperm left by the suspect to finally bring the real culprit to justice .
